Lending standards have been tightened, and need a little more. BUT the biggest issue is the people that work for these companies to play by the rules and not turn a blind eye for profits. Personally it makes me sick that people in my industry do this. The last 2-2 1/2 years it has been difficult to earn a living, so I am pursuing other options after 24 years in the industry. Never thought I would face this. So I actually feel like a victim in all this too.
